Last updated: 2026-04-05. This policy explains what data Flint VPN processes, why it is processed, and how users can contact support.
Flint is a VPN client. It lets users import or create an FPTN server profile and establish a VPN tunnel from an Android device to the selected server.
Flint does not sell personal data and does not use in-app advertising SDKs. VPN traffic is sent to the VPN server endpoint selected by the user because this is the core function of the app. Users should review the privacy practices of the VPN service operator that provides their server credentials.
Camera permission is optional and is used only to scan a QR code with VPN configuration data. Manual token import and manual server setup remain available without camera access.
Flint reads launcher-visible installed apps only to let the user configure per-app VPN routing. This information is processed locally on the device.
Flint can show VPN status notifications and can resume protected sessions after device reboot or app replacement when the platform allows it.
Users can remove saved profiles and clear local app data from within the app. Removing app data or uninstalling the app deletes locally stored VPN configuration from the device, subject to standard Android behavior.
